Job Description
Command Credit Corp is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to grow new business across the U.S. and expand adoption of its credit and business-intelligence solutions.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business across Command Credit’s portfolio of credit, data, and business-intelligence solutions
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline in the U.S. market
- Identify and engage decision-makers across finance, credit, risk, lending, and business leadership
- Conduct consistent outbound prospecting via calls, email, referrals, networking, industry associations, and local events
- Lead discovery conversations to understand prospects’ credit, data, and risk-management needs
- Present solutions clearly and tailor recommendations to each prospective customer
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasting details in the company’s CRM
- Collaborate with leadership, client support, marketing, and technical teams throughout the sales process
- Share market feedback to improve positioning, pricing, product development, and sales strategy
- Support documentation of successful messaging, processes, and approaches as the sales playbook evolves
- Represent Command Credit professionally across the U.S. business community
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in B2B new-business sales, typically from 3+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and closing new accounts
- Experience managing a complete sales cycle and maintaining an active pipeline
- Confidence engaging executives and senior decision-makers
- Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-directed work style with consistent follow-through and accountability
- Ability to learn and explain complex products in practical business terms
- Willingness to attend virtual and in-person meetings, networking events, and company training as needed
- CRM proficiency and comfort with standard business-productivity platforms
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and maintain work authorization throughout employment

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling credit information, financial services, data, SaaS, risk-management, lending, or related solutions
- Familiarity with commercial credit reports and business credit decision-making
- Existing relationships within the business or financial-services community
- Experience selling to credit managers, CFOs, controllers, lenders, risk professionals, or business owners
- Experience contributing to development of a new sales territory or go-to-market process

What Success Looks Like
- Complete structured training on Command Credit’s products, pricing, customers, and sales processes
- Develop a prioritized national prospect list and territory plan
- Establish a consistent outbound prospecting cadence
- Begin generating qualified meetings and sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and activity metrics
- Provide early market feedback on customer needs, objections, and messaging
- Longer-term success measured by qualified pipeline growth, new-customer acquisition, revenue performance, forecasting accuracy, and contribution to a repeatable sales process
Work Arrangement
- Remote-eligible role supporting Command Credit’s entire U.S. market
- Can be performed fully remotely from within the United States (preferred) or on a hybrid basis from the company’s Scottsdale, Arizona office
- Some travel may be required for prospect and client meetings, networking events, and company training
- Any remote or hybrid arrangement is subject to company approval and governed by the company’s remote-work policy and an individual agreement
Physical Demands
- Regularly remain in a stationary position and use a computer, telephone, and other standard office equipment for extended periods
- Frequently communicate with prospects, customers, and colleagues by telephone, video conference, email, and in person
- Occasionally move about an office or event setting and lift or move items weighing up to 20 pounds
- Ability to travel by car or air as needed for business purposes

- Salary: USD 53,900 - 65,000 per year
