Business Development - Small Medium Enterprises

SIXT USA is hiring a Business Development Specialist for Small Medium Enterprises (SME) in Tulsa, OK (hybrid). This role focuses on expanding pipeline through proactive outbound outreach, ownership of business portal lead management, and converting prospects into customers using structured lead-generation and tailored mobility offers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute lead-generation strategies to convert prospects into customers and support ongoing relationship nurturing to grow the sales pipeline.
• Create and negotiate tailored mobility solution offers, driving deals to closure while addressing objections through active listening and creative problem solving.
• Proactively pursue sales opportunities from multiple lead sources, negotiate mutually beneficial solutions for new clients, and oversee implementation.
• Communicate complex information and ideas effectively to varied audiences through different communication mediums.
• Support improvements to the existing sales process and contribute to optimizing day-to-day routines.
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date customer and prospect database, analyze potential customers, and recommend SIXT products aligned with their needs.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service, with the ability to collaborate effectively with managers and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree, and authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong computer navigation skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other CRM platforms.
• Demonstrated organizational ability, strong multitasking skills, and effective professional communication.
• Proven interest and capability in sales, including recognizing complex customer needs and matching them to suitable offers.
• Commitment to working full time to meet business needs.
