Business Development Specialist
Job Description
Impact Partners Financial offers an on-site, Houston, TX role designed for relationship-building and meaningful outcomes. The position pays $55,000 to $64,999 per year and comes with a benefits package that includes a 401(k) with matching, health insurance, and paid time off. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be the first voice prospects hear, focused on filling advisor calendars with qualified warm prospects, nurturing connections through pre-appointment outreach, and maintaining a clean, current CRM. This is a collaborative environment that supports marketing initiatives and occasionally assists advisors at satellite offices.
Overview
You are the initial touchpoint for many prospects, and your work sets the stage for productive engagements. A year from now, success looks like advisor calendars that stay full, a healthy pipeline of warm prospects who know you by name, a CRM that remains clean and up to date, and a higher show rate driven by thoughtful pre-appointment outreach. This role is strictly relationship-based and phone-driven, not a call center or cold-dial position.
