Job Description
Responsibilities
- Apply business development and cybersecurity expertise to sell, design, and support security solutions for leading manufacturing and transportation companies.
- Own and drive the full sales lifecycle, coordinating with capability and market teams to engage key stakeholders.
- Identify, establish, and maintain client relationships, manage Enterprise accounts, and close new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing and Transportation market team to develop, manage, and sustain the market pipeline.
- Lead in solving complex problems, guide cross-functional teams, contribute to innovative ideas, and provide solutions aligned with client needs.
- Support marketing, intellectual capital development, operations, events, and logistics efforts.
- Coordinate integrated account tasks, including solutions that combine products and services.
Requirements
- 10+ years of cybersecurity experience, including security strategy and advanced cyber defense.
- 5+ years of direct sales or delivery in manufacturing or transportation, covering brownfield and greenfield plants, smart manufacturing, Industry 4.0 services, automotive, or aerospace sectors.
- 5+ years in professional sales at large global enterprises, selling services and managing Enterprise client accounts with growth and expansion.
- Experience presenting to teams and C-suite executives through briefings, sales calls, and collaborative discussions.
- Ability to own and drive the sales process from lead generation through deal closure and provide ongoing account management for strategic clients.
- Thrive in a team-based, fast-paced environment and coordinate with stakeholders across technical capabilities and market teams.
- Proven ability to lead fast-paced delivery in challenging commercial settings, build relationships with senior leaders, and identify new opportunities within existing accounts while developing new intellectual capital.
- Ability to distill technical content into clear messages that resonate with senior business leaders.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree required.

Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900 to $266,000 annually in USD. Final salary is determined by factors including location, individual education and experience, and program-specific considerations.
