Community Liaison – Marketing & Business Development

Part-time, field-based Community Liaison focused on outreach, relationship-building, and referral generation for private-pay home care and private-pay skilled nursing services in North Easton, MA, operating in a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with referral sources such as rehab centers, senior communities, elder care professionals, and financial planners to sustain a steady flow of private-pay referrals for home care and skilled nursing services.
• Conduct weekly market outreach by visiting at least 15 locations, documenting interactions and noting referral potential and next steps.
• Create and execute a localized marketing plan, identifying key referral targets and crafting outreach tactics to raise awareness of our services.
• Represent Hahn Home Health Care at community events, networking functions, and industry meetings (1–2 per month).
• Manage and grow our online presence, including social media channels and email communications, to boost visibility and engagement.
• Keep visit logs current and deliver weekly reports on activities, progress, and upcoming goals; collaborate with the team to refine strategies as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, business development, nursing, or social work, ideally within healthcare or home care.
• Familiarity with the private-pay home care industry is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse community stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and current auto insurance; reliable transportation required.
• Ability to travel locally within the assigned region.
