Job Description

Independent contractor sales role focused on growing Promoitalia consumables and aesthetic solutions across Minnesota by building relationships with aesthetic providers and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic territory growth plans.
  • Identify, prospect, and establish new accounts within assigned territories.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, Med Spas, Facial Plastic Surgeons, Wellness Clinics, and other aesthetic providers.
  • Conduct product presentations, clinical demonstrations, and inโ€‘office trainings.
  • Collaborate with clinical educators and leadership to support successful product implementation.
  • Represent Promoitalia USA at industry conferences, educational events, and trade shows.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed established sales objectives while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience within medical aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or related healthcare markets.
  • Existing relationships with aesthetic providers and key decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and manage long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
