Job Description

Relationship- and growth-focused leadership role responsible for expanding relationships with property management companies and commercial clients to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own and expand relationships with property management companies
  • Get us on preferred vendor lists across HOA and commercial accounts
  • Build and manage a pipeline of commercial GC and property owner relationships
  • Map and penetrate management companies at every level: managers, regional VPs, and board members
  • Develop a systematic outreach calendar and report weekly metrics in our level 10 meetings
  • Collaborate with estimating and operations to ensure seamless handoff on new accounts

Requirements

  • You have 3-7 years of business development experience in roofing, construction, or property services
  • You already have relationships with HOA boards, property managers, or commercial GCs in this market
  • You are a natural connector; you remember names, follow up without being asked, and people genuinely enjoy doing business with you
  • You are comfortable presenting to board members and executives, not just field managers
  • You thrive in a structured, accountable environment
  • You are motivated by commission and want to be paid for what you produce

What success looks like

  • Year 1: $3-5M in new or expanded contract revenue attributed to your relationships
  • Year 2: Preferred vendor status with 5+ property management companies
  • Year 3: A repeatable Business Development engine that scales with the company
