Director of Business Development
Job Description
GrayWolf Integrated Construction Company offers a senior leadership opportunity in Front Royal, VA, onsite. The Director of Business Development leads revenue growth and profitability through strategic sales initiatives and marketing plans, reporting to the VP of Sales and Preconstruction. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional with at least 10 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing or Engineering). You will shape regional sales strategy, build and nurture key customer relationships, and partner with cross-functional teams to advance the company’s growth agenda. The position requires travel within the territory, with a minimum of 50 percent travel, and a collaborative approach to cross-department alignment.
Responsibilities
- Enact strategy and sales initiatives to support company objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including internal department heads and team members.
- Work closely with the VP to execute the company’s sales strategy for the region.
- Develop and execute a Market Strategy that leverages the organization’s strengths.
- Identify competitive advantages and new markets for future sustainable growth.
- Be a self-driven leader with the drive to achieve company performance goals and sales targets.
- This position requires a minimum of 50% travel within the set territory.
Qualifications and Requirements
