Job Description

Based in Houston, this onsite leadership role steers the Deployment Solutions effort for サイネオス・ヘルス. As the District Sales Manager, you will hire, train and develop a district sales team to promote targeted physicians and execute the company’s sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Motivate, manage and develop the skill sets and overall performance of the sales representatives in the district.
  • Identify and monitor local market conditions to build strong customer relationships while driving product promotion solutions and executing marketing strategies.
  • Monitor field activities to ensure compliance, providing timely feedback on marketing tactics and market conditions while collaborating with leadership, commercial operations, marketing and medical affairs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience.
  • 3+ years of district or regional management experience.
  • Endocrinology or Diabetes experience is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and weekends.
