Job Description
Lead and coach a door-to-door sales team in the Raleigh area to sell security systems for Secur-Tek, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management with base pay plus uncapped commissions.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and train a strong door-to-door sales team in the Raleigh area on Secur-Tek security solutions.
- Set goals and coach your team to hit big numbers every day.
- Lead by example in the field and maintain high energy to motivate the team.
- Track results and help grow Secur-Tek's presence in Wake County.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or door-to-door roles, with management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and develop people.
- Competitive mindset and a drive to win.
- Reliable and holding a valid driver’s license.
Location
- Raleigh / Wake County, NC (Apex-based company)
Compensation
- Base pay plus uncapped commissions. Realistic earnings of $100,000 – $200,000+ per year.
- Pay rate: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour
