Job Description

Join Lavage de Vitres Webster as an onsite Door to Door Sales Manager for residential services in Tampa, FL. This role blends direct selling with building and guiding a high-performing field team, supported by a competitive, performance-driven compensation plan. The successful candidate will actively generate personal sales while recruiting, training, coaching, and managing a team of door-to-door representatives.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and guide a field team of residential door-to-door sales reps.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new sales staff.
  • Deliver training and coaching on canvassing, presentations, objection handling, and closing.
  • Lead ride-alongs, on‑the‑job coaching, and regular performance reviews.
  • Set sales targets and implement accountability measures to drive results.
  • Prospect door-to-door to generate new residential business and build relationships.
  • Present and close deals for residential cleaning services.
  • Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Meet or surpass individual sales quotas.
  • Foster a positive, high‑performing sales culture.
  • Monitor sales activity and performance metrics to inform coaching.
  • Support team members in reaching goals and maximizing earnings.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and growth.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of successful door-to-door sales experience.
  • At least 1 year of sales management experience.
  • Experience recruiting sales representatives.
  • Experience delivering training and onboarding for team members.
  • Coaching and performance management experience.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and motivational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while juggling multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience in residential services, cleaning, or other recurring service industries preferred.
