Job Description

The EMC2 Strategy & Business Development Analyst role in King of Prussia, PA (hybrid) at Lockheed Martin RMS focuses on growth, strategy development, and capture for multi-domain command and control, ISR, and SE products within the ISR & SE portfolio, with executive engagement, partnership development, and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

  • Offer strategic thought leadership to drive on contract growth, guide product development, and lead capture efforts across the portfolio.
  • Analyze the complex, multi-domain customer landscape and craft effective stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Manager, LMGA, program teams, and functional organizations to present distinctive solutions to customers.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and craft persuasive narratives around our solutions.
  • Set and achieve objectives that translate into orders and sales results.
  • Support the development and execution of teaming and industry partnership strategies.
  • Collaborate on campaign resource planning while managing budgets across multiple funding sources.
  • Engage with executive leadership and DoW program leaders to build advocacy and secure initiative support.
  • Develop presentations, messaging content, and marketing materials to clearly communicate discriminating, affordable, and mission relevant solutions to stakeholders across the customer landscape.
  • Maintain flexibility in hours and be prepared for domestic travel up to 50% as needed.

Requirements

  • Eight or more years of experience in multi-domain command and control, ISR, and/or effects planning.
  • Active Top Secret clearance required.
  • At least four years of experience in capture management and/or business development.
  • Ability to interpret customer budgets and requirements and map them to campaign strategies.
  • Strong communication skills to engage confidently with peers, executives, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to organize and motivate cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Solid skills in designing and delivering compelling presentations.

Remote Work

The role supports part-time remote telework; part of the schedule is remote and part is at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule

Schedule options include a 4x10 hour day pattern with 3 days off per week, with other flexible schedules available.

Salary Note

The annual base salary range is USD 128,400 to 226,435. This range applies to certain states; for other locations, the final work location determines the range. The salary is a general guideline and may reflect location, experience, and other factors.
