Gas Turbine Technical Sales Manager

North America technical sales leadership role focused on Siemens Energy distributed gas turbine portfolio, engaging customers and internal stakeholders to move opportunities forward.

Responsibilities

• Develop market entry strategies for the gas turbine segment and prepare indicative and firm bids.
• Partner closely with field sales to survey the market and position our product portfolio effectively.
• Drive project approvals through Siemens Energy processes.
• Lead cross functional teams on targeted opportunities.
• Negotiate slot reservation agreements and customer contracts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and management to remove obstacles and shape market-driven strategies.

Requirements

• Location: Orlando, FL onsite.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (equivalent relevant experience considered).
• 10+ years of experience in the power industry, ideally in sales, marketing, or a related role.
• Expertise in Siemens Energy’s Distributed gas turbine portfolio.
• A pre-existing network within the business area.
• A strong, customer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal skills that foster collaboration and teamwork.
• A resourceful, problem-solving mindset that empowers you to tackle challenges and find creative solutions for our customers.
• Possess determination, resilience, and grit to effectively drive projects forward and achieve success.

Our Gas Services division offers low emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
