HVAC Estimator / Business Development

VJLEV HVAC SOLUTIONS INC is seeking an HVAC Estimator / Business Development professional to support multifamily new construction projects across the Los Angeles area.

Responsibilities

• Review mechanical plans, specifications, and project documents.
• Produce material takeoffs and calculate equipment, material, and labor costs.
• Request quotes from suppliers and develop detailed estimates and proposals.
• Check project requirements to help prevent missed scope or pricing errors.
• Identify bidding opportunities by reaching out to companies building new construction and multifamily projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, and potential customers.
• Follow up on proposals, discuss project needs, and support contract securing.
• Attend customer meetings and visit jobsites when required.

Requirements

• Previous HVAC estimating experience, preferably with multifamily and new construction.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC equipment, materials, and installation requirements.
• Ability to create accurate calculations and organized cost breakdowns.
• Strong communication, customer service, and business development skills.
• Ability to work independently and attend meetings and site visits in the Los Angeles area.

Compensation

• $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience.
• Additional commission for each contract you help secure.
• Commission percentage and payment terms will be agreed upon in advance.

Work Location

• Hybrid remote in Glendale, CA 91207.
• Projects and customer meetings across the Los Angeles area.
