Job Description

Lead and develop ZoomInfo's Strategic Sales Development team in a hybrid Waltham, MA role, overseeing AI-native selling initiatives and pipeline generation with a salary range of USD 73,500 to 115,500 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and coach members of the Strategic Sales Development team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities
  • Shape the future of AI native selling by exposing the team to emerging GTM workflows, agents, automation, and modern prospecting techniques
  • Learn how leading revenue teams leverage AI, data, and automation to drive scalable pipeline generation
  • Define and establish the performance metrics by which SDRs are evaluated
  • Provide ongoing coaching through shadowing, role plays, process improvements, and performance reporting in regular one-on-one sessions
  • Collaborate with marketing and Account Management to design campaigns aligned to territory goals
  • Apply creative marketing and sales tactics to help SDRs engage multiple buyer personas and communicate ZoomInfo's value
  • Maintain SDR reports and dashboards so results are easily understood by stakeholders across the organization
  • Iterate the sales development process, methodologies, campaigns, hiring profiles, and enablement in line with ZoomInfo core values
  • Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new Sales Development Representatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in enterprise sales or sales development with reliability, strong work ethic, and leadership potential
  • Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at a fast-growing company across multiple sales segments within an outbound model
  • Solid understanding of the outbound SDR motion and how to motivate early career sellers
  • Drive to innovate the SDR role through AI usage and process improvements
  • Experience selling a go-to-market solution is a major plus
  • Ability to attract, retain, and motivate exceptional team members
  • Experience prospecting into enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees)
  • Excellent active listening and collaborative communication skills with prospects and colleagues
  • Passion for customers and building authentic relationships
  • General understanding of ZoomInfo offerings
  • Broad knowledge of the sales technology ecosystem, including Salesforce
  • Experience with prospecting tools like Outreach and ZoomInfo
