Job Description

This hybrid role in Austin offers a clear path to leadership in sales development. The compensation ranges from $160,000 to $178,000 per year and includes equity, with the opportunity to lead SDR coaching, shape pipeline development, and define outbound strategy within a collaborative, data driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the top of funnel efforts to align with business priorities.
  • Use data to consistently meet SLA and KPI targets on a daily basis.
  • Partner with SDRs to coach objections and craft compelling pitches to book demos with prospects.
  • Motivate the team to learn and grow daily, preparing them for future sales roles.
  • Own a defined function and translate business needs across the organization.
  • Play a key role in recruiting top SDR talent.
  • Demonstrate cross functional empathy and provide both strategic and tactical feedback across the orgs.
  • Drive the business to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years in an SDR organization and at least one year in SDR leadership.
  • Proficiency in SDR tech stack: Outreach, Salesloft, Mixmax, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, LeadIQ, SalesIntel, Gong or Chorus, Guru, and Highspot.
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS with multi product selling distribution.
  • Experience building an outbound program or executing a multichannel outbound strategy tracked by input/output metrics.
  • Ability to manage day-to-day activities while defining and executing broader business initiatives.
  • Capability to hire, onboard, ramp, and train remotely across multiple time zones.
  • Deep understanding of scaling organizations in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in change management.

About the Role
