Regional Manager, Business Development

Regional Manager of Business Development overseeing market-wide growth, hospital admissions, clinical programs and service lines, business planning, physician relations, post-acute strategy, senior outreach, and data-driven impact measurement. Location: Ontario, CA (onsite). Salary: USD 104,208 - 140,254 per year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of market business development, including the creation, execution, monitoring, updating, and ongoing analysis of strategic plans.
• Collaborate with the CEOs to drive growth of hospital admissions, expansion of clinical programs and service lines, lead business planning, physician relations, post-acute strategy and development, and senior outreach.
• Design and implement tracking mechanisms to quantify increases in volume and revenue, and analyze data by program, service line, or physician to attribute impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field is required. Candidates with 10+ years of related experience may qualify in lieu of a degree if continually enrolled in an accredited program toward earning a bachelor’s degree and maintaining good grades.
• Minimum seven years of experience in business development and/or marketing.
• At least two years of healthcare management experience.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
