Job Description

Regional Sales Director for Calyx Senior Living, based in Raleigh, NC (onsite), overseeing census generation across Triangle-area assisted living communities in Durham, Fuquay-Varina, North Raleigh, and Apex, and guiding sales activities for open and pre-opening communities on site with regional and community teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site leadership to drive census generation alongside community teams across multiple locations.
  • Direct and monitor the sales performance of on-site teams to meet or exceed goals.
  • Ensure marketing standards are met, including lead generation, calls, tours, events, and presentations, to achieve census targets.
  • Recruit and evaluate sales staff based on proven ability to generate leads, secure deposits, and contribute to census growth.
  • Coach and develop Community Marketing Directors to enhance sales skills and performance levels toward world-class standards.
  • Oversee and refine the quarterly sales and marketing planning process.
  • Regularly analyze and report on community and market trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience in a multi-site or area leadership role within the senior living or related industries.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess sales and market performance; proficient with CRM systems and MS Office, including Excel.
  • Proven track record of delivering results, accountability, and meeting performance benchmarks.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Willingness and ability to be on-site in communities five days per week.
