Job Description

Cornerstone Building Brands is expanding its Commercial Roof & Wall division by adding a Regional Sales Manager to lead the MBCI sales effort. This role oversees a roughly 10-12 person team across a large geographic region, managing $50M-$75M in annual revenue with a plan to achieve 2-3x portfolio growth over three years. The position is based in San Francisco, California with remote work options and a compensation range of $130,000-$160,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Set sales targets aligned with company objectives
  • Develop strategic sales plans to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Partner with business development to extract maximum value from project specifications to improve close ratios and margin expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to execute a coordinated go-to-market strategy for all commercial roof, wall, and related product solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field
  • At least five years in a sales leadership role, including executive-level experience
