Responsibilities
- Convert Hitachi Energy's global Data Center service roadmap into regional and country execution plans for North America
- Lead negotiation and finalization of major service frame agreements with key data center customers
- Develop and oversee a regional sales network that enables cross-country coordination and knowledge sharing
- Coach regional teams to strengthen capabilities in service selling and strategic account management
- Represent North America in global segment forums to align regional priorities with global account strategies
- Steer multi-country accounts as unified entities while enabling localized execution
- Lead customer engagement plans and nurture long-term relationships with hyperscale and enterprise customers
- Oversee pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and budget adherence within the data center service segment
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Requirements
- Must already have U.S. work authorization to be employed by Hitachi Energy
- More than 10 years of experience in sales, account management, or service leadership in the energy or data center infrastructure sector
- Experience negotiating complex service contracts and enabling strategic customer engagements
- Knowledge of electrical infrastructure, digital lifecycle services, and data center operations
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional and multinational teams within a matrix organization
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Proficient in English; additional North American languages are advantageous
- Willingness to travel within North America for customer and internal engagements
