Sales Development Representative
Job Description
The Sales Development Representative role focuses on identifying and qualifying prospective accounts, driving outbound outreach, and securing introductory meetings to advance Trinity Air Medical's presence in organ donation logistics.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify prospective accounts through research, cold calling, direct messaging, and other outreach methods to create new opportunities.
- Strategic Account Research: Investigate target organizations to tailor outreach and messaging for engagement with decision-makers.
- Prospect Qualification: Assess leads for fit, need, interest, and timing to determine sales viability.
- Meeting Development: Arrange meetings with qualified prospects to grow the sales pipeline and drive revenue.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders while clearly communicating Trinity's value proposition.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in the company CRM, including lead activity, account details, and pipeline status.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the Director of Business Development, Enterprise Sales Manager, and Operations to prepare for meetings and ensure smooth hand-offs.
- Market Insights: Propose ideas for new market opportunities, strategies, and campaigns.
- Performance Metrics: Track KPIs for outreach, new leads, meetings, and overall sales growth.
- Professionalism & Company Values: Represent Trinity in a positive manner across communications, adhering to policies, procedures, and core values.
- Other Duties: Participate in ongoing training and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education / Experience: Background in lead generation, marketing outreach, or sales; experience managing customer relationships or accounts; familiarity with technology or software used for lead capture and outreach.
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
- Ability to make cold calls, pursue leads, and build lasting relationships.
- Excellent research, business development, and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of Adaptive Sales strategies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry.
- Willingness to learn medical terminology related to donation and transplantation.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug/alcohol screening and background check.
- Demonstrates integrity, initiative, perseverance, flexibility, teamwork, and empathy.
