Job Description

Mobiz is seeking a Sales Development Representative for an onsite role in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This position offers a base salary of $40,000 per year plus commission and performance bonuses, with a clear path to advancing to Account Executive. You will prospect, qualify leads, and drive the sales cycle from initial engagement to booked meetings, collaborating with marketing and creative teams and receiving regular guidance from your manager to help you succeed.

Compensation & Growth

  • Base salary: $40,000 per year
  • Commission on new first month net sales won
  • 7.5% of new client's sourced payments in the first 30 days
  • Opportunity to fast-track to Account Executive (increased base and adjusted commission structure)
  • Supplemental pay including bonuses, commissions, and performance-based incentives

Responsibilities

  • Articulate and demonstrate Mobiz's solution to the market
  • Prospect, target, identify and cultivate net new business opportunities across territories
  • Drive the sales cycle from initial engagement to passing the lead to a senior sales rep to demo and close
  • Achieve set productivity and booked meetings targets
  • Build and maintain a robust rolling booked meeting opportunity pipeline
  • Understand and demonstrate Mobiz’s value across vertical industries
  • Understand the Mobiz product so you can easily identify pain points that our product can solve for prospective clients
  • Provide captivating elevator pitch and guidance on best practices using Mobiz to prospects
  • Research and identify components of prospecting opportunities and business insights to enhance your pitch
  • Convince gatekeepers to provide additional information and facilitate introductions to decision-makers
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to build prospecting materials and sales collateral
  • Work with senior sales counterparts to help set up and facilitate meeting bookings
  • Maintain accurate information about activities, next steps, probabilities, communications, and more in the CRM
  • Prepare all documentation required at appropriate stages within the early sales cycle
  • Meet with your manager to review progress and receive feedback aimed at helping you succeed at Mobiz

Requirements

  • 1 year of cold calling sales experience preferred
  • Ability to commute to Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702 (Required)
