Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research prospective B2B partner accounts across target verticals and execute high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels; develop and refine outreach sequences; follow up across multiple touchpoints; stay current on industry trends to identify new prospecting angles.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of sales, business development, or lead generation experience; demonstrated interest in a B2B sales career
- Comfort with high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach; resilient in the face of rejection
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; clear, professional, and personalized in every interaction
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage a large prospect list, track multiple outreach sequences, and keep CRM records up to date
- Curious and coachable; eager to learn Good Sam's product portfolio, partner channel models, and sales methodology
- Proficient in HubSpot or a comparable CRM; familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Salesloft, Outreach, or Apollo is a plus
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where processes are still being built
- Self-starter who owns their metrics and proactively seeks performance improvements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite — Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Up to 10% travel for trade shows and team events
- Genuine interest in the RV, outdoor recreation, or automotive industries is a strong plus
What success looks like - Year One
- Establish and maintain a consistent weekly outreach volume within 60 days
- Deliver 10-15 qualified leads to the Account Executive per month by day 180
- Maintain the HubSpot pipeline accurately and up-to-date in real time
- Progress 2-3 partner conversations to active AE-managed opportunities within 90 days
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Good Sam's product portfolio and partner models within 90 days
- Submit weekly reports on time to the Director, Business Development
- Identify and pursue a clear career path toward an Account Executive role by year one
Growth Path
This role is an entry point into B2B sales at Good Sam Enterprises. High performers who show strong prospecting discipline, solid pipeline quality, and a deep understanding of our product portfolio and partner models may advance to an Account Executive role, taking on quota-carrying responsibilities and owning the full sales cycle for new partner opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits Overview
Pay range: $23.25-$27.90 per hour.
