Sales Director

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture an elite sales team to meet division targets, delivering ongoing coaching through leadership, encouragement, and constructive feedback.
• Direct the sales effort to align with and exceed the division's business plan.
• Conduct site tours of Beazer subdivisions and those of competitors to assess new projects and product lines.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and set pricing to maintain market competitiveness.
• Manage pricing and incentive costs to maximize absorption while preserving profitability.
• Monitor lot mix, phasing, new starts, lot premiums, specifications, and promotions.
• Analyze sales performance and costs using a range of sales reports.
• Oversee review of contract documents and pricing for accuracy; approve all contracts and change orders submitted by New Homes Counselors.
• Review advertising strategy and provide input to the Sales Department Head and Regional Marketing Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in residential sales, sales management, or real estate related industries.
• Ability to inspire and grow sales teams through coaching and constructive feedback.
• Demonstrated mature judgment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
