Sales Director - Financial Services - Capital Markets
Job Description
Logic offers an on site leadership role in Arlington, VA with a competitive annual salary range of USD 136,800 - 237,600. This position focuses on capital markets within financial services, guiding sizable opportunities from qualification through close and originating new ones as needed. You will collaborate with senior client stakeholders to shape pursuit strategies and leverage AI enabled and cloud capabilities to deliver scalable, business driven solutions. The role supports a culture of strategic thinking, cross functional collaboration and outcomes oriented selling, with travel expected to range from 25 to 100 percent depending on client requirements.
What you will do
- Lead the end to end cycle for large capital markets deals, whether single service or multi service.
- Drive opportunities from qualification to close using rigorous sales processes and knowledge of Accenture’s offerings.
- Source new opportunities in addition to qualification, guiding shaping, selling, negotiating and closing efforts.
- Develop solutions to complex technology business problems by deeply understanding client buyer needs.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders and Accenture leadership to shape and drive strategic pursuits.
- Define pursuit approaches, craft compelling client messaging, and build trusted executive relationships.
- Bring differentiated, industry leading perspectives that leverage AI enabled capabilities across technology strategy, data and AI, application development and management, and infrastructure services.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in cloud and AI platforms to shape and deliver scalable, business driven solutions.
- Operate with substantial decision making latitude, setting objectives and approaches for critical assignments.
- Work within large teams and direct targeted team sales activities.
- Travel may be required, with the amount varying from 25 to 100 percent depending on business needs and client requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience selling capital market opportunities.
- Minimum of 8 years of Sales Pursuit Management experience.
- At least 2 years of direct sales with quotas, preferably exceeding $10 million.
- A minimum of 2 years of recent experience selling financial services opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). If holding an Associate’s Degree, a minimum of 6 years of work experience is required.
