Responsibilities

• Establish trust with families and guide them through senior living options with honesty and compassion
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through outreach, tours, follow-up, and creative events
• Highlight the community through engaging experiences that showcase culture and quality of care
• Support families through the decision process with empathy while effectively guiding toward a close
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and team to meet occupancy and revenue targets
• Represent the community at networking events, visits with referral partners, and outreach activities

Requirements

• Sales-minded and people-focused: you care for seniors and excel at prospecting, follow-up, and closing
• Sales experience: senior living is a plus, but strong closers from hospitality, multifamily housing, healthcare, or related fields are welcome
• Relationship builder: you connect easily, listen actively, and tailor solutions to individual needs
