Job Description

Lead a diverse, high-impact sales team within the AWS Cloud Sales Center to drive adoption, expansion, and revenue across the AWS full-service portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a diverse, high-performance team to shape and drive the growth and future of an emerging technology.
  • Direct a sales team focused on adoption and expansion of the full-service portfolio with customers.
  • Operate with a customer-backwards mindset, centering on use cases and connecting how the broad technology solutions help customers.
  • Plan for market adoption, set the team vision and strategy, and adjust to emerging market trends on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify where product directions should shift to better serve customers.
  • Drive revenue, adoption, and market penetration within assigned accounts.
  • Hire and develop high-performing sales reps focused on customer obsession and outcomes.
  • Build and manage go-to-market initiatives across functional, specialist, and partner teams to scale the business.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of technology-related sales, marketing, or business development experience.
  • 7+ years of sales management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Location: Austin, TX (onsite).
  • Salary: USD 157,100 - 212,600 per year.
