Sales Manager

At Dino Equipment & Outdoors in Batesville, AR, the Sales Manager track starts at the selling side and grows into leadership. You will begin by helping customers shop for tractors, mowers, and outdoor equipment, with hands on training provided and a clear progression toward Sales Manager and potentially Store Manager.

This is a full-time, 100% commission role with set weekday hours plus a Saturday morning schedule. If you enjoy talking with people, following up consistently, and taking initiative, you will fit naturally into the team.

What you’ll do

• Assist customers in choosing the right tractor, mower, or equipment package
• Follow up on leads and phone calls to keep opportunities moving
• Walk customers through equipment packages and payment options
• Maintain a clean, organized lot and showroom
• Learn the business with the goal of leading a team and supporting the store

What you bring

• Availability Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday, 8 AM to 12 noon
• No sales experience required, with training available for self starters
• Equipment, farm, or outdoor knowledge is a plus
• Honest, easy to talk to, and motivated to grow into the next level
• Comfort using a phone and a computer
• Valid driver’s license

Schedule and pay

• Onsite role in Batesville, AR (in person)
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturday, 8 AM to 12 noon
• Pay: $80,000 to $150,000 per year (all commission)
• Compensation structure: weekly draw against commission
