- Own the outcome: build a sales organization that can consistently generate signed agreements for the operations team
Requirements
- Proven track record in door-to-door insurance roofing sales leadership

- Interest in primarily commission-based sales management with income tied directly to the performance of the team you build and lead

- Work location detail: On the road
Benefits

What You Can Expect From Leadership
- Support and resources to help you focus on building your team, developing people, and generating sales
- Non-sales leadership handles the rest of the business so sales management stays focused on recruiting and performance
- Willingness to make significant business changes to support the right sales leader
- Potential office relocation if another market or location improves the ability to build the sales organization (currently Lawrenceville, GA)
- Co-development of the systems and processes you need
- Additional support options available, including software, recruiting tools, training resources, funds to reward the team, team trips, contests, and compensation structure adjustments for reps
- Commission structure and milestones-based bonuses based on your ability to hit and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets
Role Framing
- Hardcore door-to-door sales leadership: recruit, train, develop, motivate, and retain a high-performing team
- Your only responsibility is to build and lead an elite sales team
- Not a traditional roofing sales manager role that oversees every business function
- Back-office handles inspections and operations, including administration, insurance claims, production, and project management
- Sales reps focus on a simple cycle: knock doors, earn signed agreements, and move to the next opportunity
Company Operations Support (Back Office Scope)
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Climbing roofs
- Insurance claim filing, supplements, and project management
- Customer management, color selections, scheduling build dates
- Generating roof reports for insurance companies
- Creating scopes of work, issuing warranties, and handling operational needs
- Other operational aspects not related to field selling
