Job Description

United Bridge Partners is seeking an Account & Business Development Associate to help drive growth in the Parkersburg, West Virginia area. This onsite role blends field activity with data analysis and proactive customer outreach to expand ADT, recover revenue, and strengthen relationships with key accounts while delivering reliable service.

Overview

Location: Parkersburg, WV (onsite). Compensation: USD 70,000 per year. Education: Bachelor's degree. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in related roles.

Responsibilities

  • Review fleet and client usage data to uncover ADT opportunities and potential service improvements.
  • Engage in field activities to identify areas with ADT growth potential.
  • Expand ADT by building connections with trucking firms, commercial entities, large employers, and individual drivers.
  • Manage top accounts with tailored solutions and route optimization support.
  • Interact with customers weekly and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Develop and monitor rebate or incentive programs when applicable.
  • Handle new account setups, inquiries, payments, disputes, transponder distribution, and maintenance.
  • Lead collections efforts, including outreach and resolving overdue accounts, while keeping accurate records and escalation as needed.
  • Coordinate with collections vendors to improve performance.
  • Complete assigned account audits.
  • Maintain accurate and organized account documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and support resolutions.
  • Participate in sponsored or community events to educate customers on tolling and ADT growth.
  • Drive marketing initiatives, event participation, and community engagement.
  • Represent United Bridge Partners at local and regional events to raise brand visibility.
  • Monitor social media and email campaigns and report performance to leadership.
  • Provide backup support for customer service as needed during lunch hours, vacations, and similar gaps.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; related experience may be considered.
  • 3–5 years of experience in collections, sales, customer service, marketing, or transportation/logistics preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; data entry and CRM system experience required.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strengths in conflict resolution, negotiation, and relationship building.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage deliverables while knowing when to seek approvals.
  • Flexible attitude with the capacity to shift priorities as needed.
  • Judgment within established procedures, with the ability to develop alternatives and anticipate next steps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual is a plus.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering accurate, timely work.
  • Reliable with regular attendance and the ability to work flexible hours.
  • Experience managing multiple, complex, time-sensitive, cross-functional projects.
  • Self-motivated team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Physical Requirements
