Agency Sales Manager

Farmers Insurance - Southern Utah is hiring an Agency Sales Manager to sell and service Farmers Insurance products while growing long-term client relationships in the Saint George community.

Responsibilities

• Be an owner-operator with support available, operating “in business for yourself” while leveraging team resources
• Sell and service Farmers Insurance products
• Actively market within the community
• Maintain and grow your book of business
• Educate clients on insurance coverage and options
• Build long term client relationships through exceptional service
• Hire and train support staff
• Assist with licensing requirements as needed
• Provide producer-level support; current licensed producers are encouraged

Requirements

• Insurance Producer License (preferred)
• Life Insurance License (preferred)
• Insurance sales experience: 1 year (preferred)

Pay

• $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
• $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
