This independent contractor role supports B2B sales growth in the Lake Elsinore, CA area by training a sales team and strengthening client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Train, mentor, and develop a B2B sales team, with willingness to train from Sales Rep level
- Source, interview, and select quality candidates for the sales team
- Deliver field training to support ongoing performance improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Assist with facilitating team meetings and other training exercises
