Job Description
A high-energy B2B Sales Manager is sought to drive dealer, distributor, and retail channel expansion across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new dealer, distributor, retailer, and wholesale accounts, building a robust channel footprint nationwide.
- Cultivate and sustain long-term channel partnerships through regular engagement and value-driven collaboration.
- Generate new business opportunities and broaden market presence by targeting strategic segments and underserved regions.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales pipeline from initial outreach through negotiation and closing of deals.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to support channel initiatives and revenue growth.
- Travel as needed to meet customers, participate in trade shows, and manage key accounts in alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- 3 to 8 years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven success building dealer, distributor, retailer, or wholesale channels.
- Experience opening new accounts and generating new business opportunities.
- Solid understanding of dealer, distributor, and retail business models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
