Job Description

A high-energy B2B Sales Manager is sought to drive dealer, distributor, and retail channel expansion across the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new dealer, distributor, retailer, and wholesale accounts, building a robust channel footprint nationwide.
  • Cultivate and sustain long-term channel partnerships through regular engagement and value-driven collaboration.
  • Generate new business opportunities and broaden market presence by targeting strategic segments and underserved regions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales pipeline from initial outreach through negotiation and closing of deals.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to support channel initiatives and revenue growth.
  • Travel as needed to meet customers, participate in trade shows, and manage key accounts in alignment with business goals.

Requirements

  • 3 to 8 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven success building dealer, distributor, retailer, or wholesale channels.
  • Experience opening new accounts and generating new business opportunities.
  • Solid understanding of dealer, distributor, and retail business models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Compensation

Salary: From $80,000 per year

  • Dallas–Fort Worth area strongly preferred
  • Midwest candidates encouraged to apply

Travel

  • Willingness to travel as needed; the role accommodates significant field activity
  • 100% travel is preferred
