Job Description

Volarify seeks a Business Development and high level sales professional to expand brand presence and generate new business within the Columbia, Missouri market. This hybrid role emphasizes relationship-driven selling and deliberate territory growth, aligning with a structured sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and articulate the competitive advantages of the client's services.
  • Develop and nurture professional relationships through daily in-person engagement and outbound marketing activities.
  • Enhance brand visibility by attending marketing events, professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education classes.
  • Monitor daily marketing activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM and marketing software.
  • Provide management with regular revenue updates and territory performance reports.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of direct sales experience in the restoration industry with an established book of business.
  • Strong process-driven mindset with a track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and in digital formats.
  • Experience in restoration, cleaning, or insurance industries is a plus.
