Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture client and carrier relationships by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals in a fast-paced sales environment
- Use negotiation skills to set competitive pricing with shippers and carriers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
- Manage daily shipments, monitor pickups and deliveries, and resolve issues promptly
- Build industry knowledge by analyzing market data to stay current on trends and dynamics
Requirements
