Job Description

SupplyPoint offers a base salary of USD 75,000/year plus an uncapped commission structure, giving you upside as you build new customer relationships. This remote (Tennessee) role blends hybrid flexibility with meaningful field presence, supported by car allowance and mileage reimbursement, along with comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits and a 401(k) with company match. You will also have paid time off while working within a hunter-builder model focused on net-new logo acquisition.

What you’ll own

You will be responsible for an assigned territory with full quota responsibility, driving new logo acquisition through a mix of outbound prospecting, relationship development, and event participation. The work is centered on complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes and consultative selling that connects SupplyPoint solutions to measurable operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own an assigned territory and drive new logo acquisition using cold calling, targeted outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, trade show networking, and distributor partner relationships
  • Lead the full sales cycle from first contact through discovery, product demonstration, ROI and TCO modeling, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Create and present ROI analyses tied to reduced consumption, eliminated downtime, shrinkage control, and labor savings
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers across operations, supply chain, IT, procurement, and finance
  • Build deep product knowledge across SupplyPoint’s full portfolio, including progressive drawers, carousels, smart lockers, electronic cabinets, and kiosk systems, plus the software suite VendTel, WebSync, and EndPoint
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, deal-stage discipline, and activity records in Salesforce, and forecast consistently
  • Develop and activate distributor and channel partner relationships to expand market coverage
  • Represent SupplyPoint at industry events including MODEX, ProMat, and sector-specific manufacturing and aerospace expos
  • Share competitive intelligence and market feedback with sales leadership and product teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years where new business generation was the primary metric (Required)
  • Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, MRO, supply chain technology, automated dispensing, or related asset-intensive environments (Required)
  • Experience selling hardware/software solutions or technology-enabled services with a consultative, solution-selling approach (Required)
  • Ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving operations, procurement, finance, and executive leadership (Required)
  • Strong Salesforce discipline and pipeline management skills (Required)
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% within territory for customer meetings, site visits, and events (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience (Required)

Tools you’ll use

Salesforce and prospecting tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach, along with SupplyPoint software solutions: VendTel, WebSync, and EndPoint.
