Business Development Manager

DAIOHS U S A INC offers a role for an experienced business development professional who wants to grow accounts while delivering reliable office coffee solutions. This onsite Business Development Manager position in Norcross, GA pairs new business development with hands-on customer service, supported by a generous commission plan and a benefits package designed for long-term stability. Responsibilities

• Drive new business by using referrals, leveraging the HubSpot lead database, cold calling, and prospecting for opportunities, while also supporting current customers.
• Review market trends and customer needs to spot and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.
• Own the customer concern process, including maintaining a customer opportunity spreadsheet and reviewing it with the branch manager during scheduled weekly sales meetings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, including product changes, office moves, budgeting needs, equipment requirements, and related requests to ensure exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the company system, including billing information, customer contacts, custom items, pricing, and delivery notes.
• Update and present service agreements for renewal.
• Create and deliver proposals and presentations to expand existing accounts through added products, add-on equipment, and new service channels.
• Schedule and conduct periodic client meetings to review current services and present new offerings.
• Stay current on products and services, including knowledge of competitor activities.

Requirements

• 2 years of sales experience (two years sales experience preferred).
• Valid drivers license and car insurance.
