Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from the first cold call to the handoff of a signed contract to the deployment team.
  • Report directly to the President and drive our new-client growth strategy.
  • Hunt and close new business by researching hospitals, identifying decision-makers, initiating conversations, and guiding prospects to sign.
  • Build and maintain a rock-solid pipeline in our CRM, tracking every touchpoint and keeping pipeline hygiene tight.
  • Develop and execute stay-in-touch strategies that keep Integritas top of mind with value-based outreach.
  • Lead cross-functional proposals with the Senior Leadership Team, pulling in expertise from Revenue Integrity, Client Services, Financial Operations, and Staffing Services to deliver winning proposals.
  • Represent Integritas at conferences and hospital association events, including planning and manning booths and engaging attendees on the floor.
  • Drive geographic expansion into new states, regions, and hospital systems based on market demand and strategic fit.
  • Be the voice prospects hear first, fielding inquiries, scheduling intro calls, and leaving a professional impression.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a sales role (experience in service organizations is a plus)
  • Proven ability to manage a full sales process and coordinate across multiple internal stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM system to manage pipelines and client interactions
  • Experience representing an organization at sales events, conferences, and networking functions
  • Comfort presenting to client stakeholders and building credibility quickly
  • Bachelor's degree required (equivalent experience considered)
  • Mentoring or leadership experience is a plus
  • Volunteer or community involvement is a plus
  • 75% travel is required
  • Onsite work location: Carbondale, IL
  • Salary range: USD 75,000 - 95,000 per year
  • CRM system experience is essential
  • Experience and/or management in sales and leadership roles is preferred
