Job Description

This hybrid Allentown, PA role at First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union focuses on growing membership and product utilization within the Bank @ Work program, with a salary range of USD 65,204 - 80,000 per year and a preference for bilingual Spanish speakers.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact to develop, cultivate, and sustain member group relationships across HR, Finance, and other key business areas within assigned groups.
  • Collaborate with group contacts to gain a deep understanding of their business to drive membership growth, increase product and service usage, and expand business services relationships.
  • Represent First Commonwealth to assigned relationships and apply relationship management best practices to achieve objectives.
  • Coordinate visits to member groups according to the business development plan (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) to ensure roughly 80 percent of time is spent in the field, with remaining time in financial centers for collaboration with associates, managers, and members to identify leads and assess market needs and trends.
  • Foster ongoing collaboration among internal stakeholders in the market, including Retail, Lending, Business Services, and Marketing teams.
  • Ensure top tier member groups receive tailored support aligned with their penetration plans using tools such as onsite visits, benefit fairs, webinars, seminars, events, lead capture, and email.
  • Act as the primary voice of the customer for assigned groups, conveying critical feedback to support ongoing improvements and easier, more compelling business interactions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates a proactive mindset and the ability to drive urgency in the sales cycle while executing solution strategies and maintaining a robust pipeline.
  • Strong listening and collaboration skills with a proven ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including delivering presentations to small groups.
  • Minimum five years of experience in a sales or relationship management role within financial services.
  • Proven ability to build rapport in a retail B2C sales setting and meet targets.
  • Demonstrated skill in nurturing, cultivating, and managing B2C relationships to achieve goals.
  • Associate degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Internet, and email.

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Financial Wellness certification.
