Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and cold calling to identify new opportunities
• Setting appointments with customers and presenting programs
• Meeting and striving to exceed a sales quota
• Transporting product samples for presentations
• Consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals and sales activity requirements
• Collaborating with the Cintas Service Representative to leverage relationships and boost sales and profits
• Working under the Sales Manager to sell a range of products and services to major customers
• Utilizing sales tools, collateral materials and product samples effectively
• Developing an annual sales and marketing strategy to achieve goals and budget for the fiscal year
• Independently collecting and analyzing data from customers using predetermined tools and methods

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet

Compensation

The total compensation for this role is estimated to range from $80,168 to $150,000 per year, combining base salary with earned commissions. The range reflects factors such as experience, training, performance, and organizational needs, and is not adjusted for geographic differences related to the Lynnwood area.
