Business Development Representative

Silicon Valley Software Group is hiring a Business Development Representative in San Francisco, CA (onsite) to help drive new business growth. This in-person position is built for someone who enjoys prospecting, communicating with potential customers, and keeping sales efforts organized from first contact through meeting scheduling and CRM updates.

What you’ll be doing

• Research prospective clients and identify new sales leads
• Contact potential customers via email, phone, and other channels
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
• Follow up with prospects and nurture business relationships
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on outreach campaigns
• Track outreach activity and report sales pipeline progress

What you bring

• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in prospecting and engaging potential clients
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
• Willingness to learn software products and sales techniques

Compensation and benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 80,000 per year (USD $60,000.00 - $80,000.00).
