Job Description

Tri Boro Credit Union offers a hands-on leadership role for marketing and business development enthusiasts seeking an onsite opportunity in Munhall, PA. In this position, you will shape marketing materials, run campaigns and quarterly newsletters, and oversee website features. You’ll manage phone announcements and on-hold messages while supporting member access products and services. The role also drives internal and external membership growth, builds cross-selling strategies for employees and marketing, and actively participates in community events to strengthen relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refresh marketing collateral, execute campaigns, and produce quarterly newsletters
  • Oversee website content and features, manage the phone system and announcements, on-hold messaging, and assigned member access products and services
  • Lead internal and external membership development initiatives
  • Design, implement, and maintain cross-selling strategies for staff and marketing
  • Proactively reach out to nearby businesses and organizations to cultivate credit union drives
  • Represent the credit union at chamber meetings and other community business events as opportunities arise
  • Keep the website and live chat feature current and effective
  • Produce newsletters, statement messages, hospital ads, and lobby ads
  • Develop an annual marketing plan
  • Maintain lobby and office materials and brochure displays in a professional and organized manner
  • Coordinate, assist, facilitate, and participate in assigned credit union functions
  • Identify advertising opportunities and sponsorships, and support related tasks across the team
  • Serve as a liaison to identify market needs for new or adjusted products and services
  • Maintain sponsorship and advertising request reports and ensure timely completion of board and management approved requests
  • Perform any other duties as assigned, including receptionist responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with coworkers, vendors, organizations, associations, members, and prospective members
  • Highly reliable, mature, multitask-oriented, organized, flexible, and capable of working with a high degree of independence
  • Willingness to attend conferences, training seminars, and additional schooling, including overnight travel, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong adherence to deadlines
