District Sales Manager
Job Description
Premium Retail Services is hiring a full-time District Manager to lead wireless sales performance across assigned retail locations in Chattanooga, TN.
Responsibilities
- Spend time in the field by regularly visiting stores, staying visible, and guiding your district team to strong sales results
- Proactively lead recruiting and hiring strategies to keep stores above target staffing levels, supporting a talent pipeline and bench readiness
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and store leaders to forecast staffing needs, minimize vacancies, and reduce turnover through timely hiring and effective onboarding
- Develop, mentor, and enable top retail talent through coaching and in-store demonstration to drive high-performance sales
- Review sales and performance data to spot opportunities, resolve challenges, and improve execution across the district
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory, cash controls, and in-store merchandising
- Build strong relationships with store leaders and share market insights and recommendations with senior leadership
- Lead by example with a customer-first mindset, making ethical, results-driven decisions while working side-by-side with your team in stores
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 3-5 years retail or sales experience (preferred)
- 3 years multi-location sales management experience (preferred)
- Positive mindset with willingness to learn and flexibility to support the team when needed, including evenings and weekends
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 85% of the time to support stores and teams across the district
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with store leaders and field teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively across multiple locations
Compensation and Schedule
- Location: Chattanooga, TN (onsite)
- Salary: USD 70,000 - 80,000 per year
- Position type: Full-time

Wireless Category Training
- Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory
- Ongoing in-store and online training provided on wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions
