Job Description

The Field Sales Development Manager leads regional market development and Strikeforce team execution to drive sales performance, overseeing onboarding and ongoing XSP training, cross‑functional coordination across territories, events, and campaigns, and managing the pipeline and forecast for Product Sales Support & Analysis to enable scalable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deploy a regional Strikeforce team with strong performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to own productivity metrics, reporting, and execution plans.
  • Track performance progress and provide updates; suggest changes to assignments and execution as needed.
  • Coordinate with Third Party Direct Sales to plan turf allocations.
  • Manage assignment and coordination of new release areas and expansion builds.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely sales coverage.
  • Plan and execute blitzes, special events, and targeted outreach initiatives.
  • Oversee logistics, staffing, turf coverage, and performance reporting.
  • Serve as the central communications hub among Sales, Communities, Construction, Field Operations, and Marketing.
  • Maintain dashboards tracking Strikeforce activity, new hire progress, events, and turf performance.
  • Identify trends and propose improvements.
  • Standardize workflows, documentation, and execution practices across the region.
  • Create and maintain client master data including margin analysis, sales measurements and reports, and manage processed transactions, returns and exchanges per company guidelines.
  • Provide leadership for the Product Sales Support & Analysis team to drive lead generation, manage the sales force database, deliver sales reporting, and oversee presentations and proposals.
  • Interface with internal groups (Accounting, Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, and Legal) to ensure proper tracking and reporting analysis.
  • Maintain sales forecasts and analyses for management reporting.
  • Maintain a high level of technical proficiency and sales acumen to meet client activity reporting needs.
  • Generate daily activity reports and trend analyses.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
  • Maintain reliable attendance; able to work nights and weekends, with varying schedules and overtime as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience with sales onboarding processes.
  • Focus on skill development within a sales environment.
  • Experience in sales development activities.
  • Experience in sales strategy development.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
