Job Description

Comcast Corporation is hiring a Field Sales Development Manager to lead regional market development efforts from Houston, TX. In this onsite role, you will oversee execution across territory coverage, turf management, and release support while guiding the Strikeforce team to drive measurable sales performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead regional market development, including oversight of Strikeforce team execution, turf management, and new release coverage to drive sales performance.
  • Manage new hire onboarding and ongoing XSP training, supporting skill development while coordinating with third-party partners and cross-functional teams across territories, events, and campaigns.
  • Oversee reporting, performance insights, and process standardization to improve field efficiency and support scalable regional growth.
  • Manage the pipeline and forecast for Product Sales Support & Analysis.
  • Own reporting and operational communications flow related to sales forecast and client activity, including resolving operational issues and ensuring required information and documentation are available to personnel.
  • Direct and deploy a regional high-performing Strikeforce team, aligning with Sales Managers on productivity, reporting, and execution.
  • Monitor Performance progress, provide updates, and propose assignment or execution changes as needed.
  • Partner with Third Party Direct Sales to plan turf assignments and own coordination for new release areas and expansion builds.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely sales coverage, including planning and managing blitzes, special events, and targeted knocking initiatives.
  • Oversee logistics, staffing, turf, and performance reporting; serve as the central communication point between Sales, Communities, Construction, Field Ops, and Marketing.
  • Maintain dashboards for Strikeforce activity, new hire progress, events, and turf performance; identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Standardize workflows, documentation, and execution practices across the region.
  • Create and maintain client master data, including margin analysis, prepared sales measurements and reports, processed transactions, and returns and exchanges according to Company guidelines.
  • Provide overall direction for the Product Sales Support & Analysis team, supporting lead generation, sales force database management, sales reporting, and production/control of presentations and proposals.
  • Interface with internal groups including Accounting, Finance, Sales, Operations, IT, and Legal Affairs to support proper analysis and tracking/reporting.
  • Maintain sales forecasts and analysis for management reports; generate daily activity reports and reporting on trends.
  • Use independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 Years
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.

Preferred/Alternate Education Note

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
