Funeral Director/Sales Manager

Neptune Cremation Service is seeking a Funeral Director/Sales Manager in Virginia Beach, VA with hybrid work options, offering a salary range of USD 85,000 - 100,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a sales team that can positively impact the lives of families and clients.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and continuously develop a high performing, ethically driven sales force.
• Deliver in person presentations and occasional virtual sessions to the target market.
• Maintain exceptional service standards and professional ethics, representing the GOLD STANDARD in the industry.
• Motivate the team to convert leads provided at no cost, while monitoring performance and outcomes.

Requirements

• A valid State Funeral Director license is required (applies to most states).
• Adherence to industry rules, regulations and best practices.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel within the designated territory.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of compassion and integrity.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to use technology while meeting with families.
