Home Care Outside Sales - Business Development

Concierge Care is seeking an experienced Outside Sales and Business Development professional to join our Lakeland, Florida team. This onsite, full-time role focuses on cultivating referral sources, managing a sales territory, and presenting our home care services to physicians and healthcare professionals. The position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 to $75,000 per year, plus benefits, and opportunities to drive growth through account development, community outreach, and collaboration with clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referral sources.
• Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Oversee a sales territory and maintain an organized contact database.
• Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing accounts.
• Confidently deliver presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Conduct outreach to Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and develop new market opportunities.
• Utilize innovative strategies to grow and maintain the customer base.
• Engage in community outreach activities, including presentations, exhibits, and one-on-one interactions with community groups, as well as coordinate special events.
• Foster open communication with clinical operations staff to promote a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.

Requirements

• Established network of contacts and strong relationships within the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Must be customer-focused, persistent, and confident in presenting services to healthcare professionals.
• Existing relations are a plus!
• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience.
• Valid state driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
• Healthcare Sales: 2 years (Required).
