Insurance Agency Sales Manager

Farmers Insurance- Southern Utah is seeking an Insurance Agency Sales Manager/Agency Owner to build, acquire, and expand an agency presence across the Southern Utah market. This position focuses on driving sales, supporting the agency’s book of business, and delivering consistent client education and service while working independently with mentoring and coaching.

Compensation and Employment Type

• Salary: USD 90,000 - 125,000 per year

Entry-Points: Farmers has two different lucrative Entry-Points.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and solicit Farmers products
• Actively market within the community
• Support the agency in maintaining and growing its book of business
• Educate clients on insurance and coverage options
• Demonstrate a great attitude and behavior
• Build rapport with clients and maintain strong relationships
• Use strong negotiation skills during sales opportunities
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication
• Work existing leads, develop new leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products
• Establish client relationships and provide exceptional service
• Ensure quotes, procedures, and practices are compliant with Agency and Farmers expectations
• Work independently and participate in mentoring/coaching

Requirements

• Confidence working both independently and within a team
• Ability to pass a Criminal and Credit Background Check

Licenses and Certifications
