Job Description
Join a collaborative Private Client growth role at JPMorgan Chase in New York, onsite. You will identify and execute client referral opportunities across Chase Retail, Commercial Banking, and Private Banking, shaping enterprise wide Private Client growth and enabling cross line of business transfers. The position offers a base salary range of USD 74,000 to 112,000 per year, plus commission based pay and discretionary incentive compensation. Responsibilities
- Evaluate and quantify strategic growth opportunities for Private Client referrals
- Create, launch, and assess pilot referral campaigns and measure results
- Build and sustain relationships with partners across lines of business
- Oversee day to day execution to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable outcomes
- Identify opportunities and design scalable processes with firm lines of business for referrals to Private Client
- Manage partnerships across lines of business to identify and operationalize referral opportunities with service and product owners
- Collaborate with appropriate partners to establish controls, tracking, and reporting of referrals to and from Private Client
- Lead the protocols and execution of transfers of clients across lines of business
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in relevant fields such as financial services or sales strategy and business development, with a strong consultative and project management background
- Ability to design and operationalize strategies and processes that are trackable, measurable, and compliant with controls
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at presenting to senior management and partnering with multiple stakeholders
- Proactive, solution oriented, and able to execute with urgency
- Excellent relationship management with the ability to navigate a large, complex organization
- Intellectually curious, client first mindset, team oriented, high energy, and focused on delivering quantifiable business results
- Experience anticipating and proactively addressing senior management concerns
