Enterprise Business Development - Associate
Job Description
The Enterprise Business Development Associate role sits on the Enterprise Solutions team supporting enterprise RIA and Wealth Management clients. Based onsite in Boston, MA, this position focuses on helping financial advisors understand the value of 55ip’s Tax-smart Platform and driving its adoption. The role offers a salary between USD 85,500 and 150,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with top-tier clients and prospects through consultative, proactive conversations that communicate 55ip's value proposition.
- Deliver superior client service by being responsive, thoughtful, and attentive to client needs.
- Utilize advanced technological tools to present 55ip resources to financial advisors in a user-friendly manner.
- Partner closely with the Enterprise Advisor Success Manager to align objectives and support the asset ramping goals.
- Demonstrate effective relationship management with timely follow-up, advisor scheduling, and lead generation.
- Convey the thought leadership of the Advisor Solutions team to help clients understand market changes and how to benefit from the 55ip platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree at minimum.
- Passion for sales and the financial markets with an understanding of the value of tax management.
- Proven results demonstrated through sustainable achievement in competitive environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Capacity to learn and articulate industry and product knowledge by understanding clients, competition, and the marketplace.
- Ability to build relationships across the organization and with partner firms.
- Willingness to wear multiple hats and support the development of new functions.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 2-5 years of financial services experience preferred and/or related sales leadership experience.
- Preferred experience in asset and wealth management, including consulting with financial advisors.
- Expertise in utilizing a CRM, such as Salesforce, is preferred.
